Returns Under Distance Selling Regulations

You can return items for a refund within 14 working days under Distance Selling Regulations. Conditions apply (refer to Terms & Conditions Clause 19).

 

Damages and Reporting

Report damaged or defective goods within 48 hours of receipt. Call our customer service team, and we’ll promptly address issues, arranging replacements if necessary. Retain original packaging for potential collection.

 

Parcel Damage Instructions

If packaging is damaged, sign for the item as ‘damaged’ and contact us. For undamaged parcels, sign as ‘unchecked.’ Contact our customer service within 48 hours for damaged it.
